Instructions:

  1. For first use, twist open back of light and remove and discard the plastic tab in between batteries
  2. Press the button to turn ON the Personal LED Light
  3. Insert clear plastic shield into mouth, hold between lips and teeth, and use for recommended wear time
  4. When finished, remove light from mouth, press button to turn OFF and wipe the Personal LED Light clean
